They always stay loaded on my memory 24/7, no cold start for those local models.

I also plugged in ollama cloud creating a hybrid setup that can call additional larger models depending on what I need to get done, and Codex for heavy building. I have 9 agents that handle tasks across 7 different discord categories I created.

Local models are definitely capable and getting better every day, but obviously your hardware will depend on what models you can use.
