When I started coaching years ago, my goal was to find a balance between encouraging the fun found in team sports with the discipline it takes to be great. Today, that goal came to fruition. The CJHS girls XC team won a state championship & the boys took 4th! #doublepodiumday

These kids weren’t just handed trophies - they earned it. They overcame every ache & pain, every ounce of sweat, and every negative thought imaginable over the course of this season and earned their spots on the podium, and I’m humbled to be one of the people they call “coach.”
