Here's a crazy idea @Twitch @TwitchSupport To prevent payment fraud again, how about removing the option entirely on the twitch dashboard and make it so that if you want to change the payout method, we have to contact twitch support instead and you can confirm who we are in order to make the changes? Since it was your 2FA security that failed, how about you take accountability since it was your system that accepted the hackers information which clearly did not match my records and give me the money that was stolen?

In the meantime i have to check my payout method everyday for 30 days in order to give me some sort of piece of mind that my account isn't hacked.

@paypal your staff requires more training. To even suggest that i should contact the hackers to get an answer is ignorant, obtuse and just plain idiotic. How can you not have the ability to find out where the money went to when in this day an age, everything we do online leaves a digital foot print? Your company is worth 40 billion dollars and you are basically a safe haven for criminal activity.

It has been a reoccurring issue since at least the start of this year and maybe even before then.

All cases I have seen have had 2FA enabled which is wild to me.

Other websites do it why can't Twitch.

Also, it seems 2FA never worked as he never received an email about a successful login.

That is where the initial issue starts

Not really but it is crazy to me how 2FA enabled and this type of stuff continues to happen.

No email notification payment method has changed and no notification that someone has logged into your account.

Also, 30 seconds does not kill pre-roll ads.

You either need to do one of two things:

1) 1.5minute ad break every 30 minutes

2) 3 minutw ad break every hour

Only way to get rid of pre-rolls
