@catalysthousing suggested the ex-member of #ParadigmHousing staff responsible for the case seen on this account deal with my staff dishonesty complaint, despite having written to ask never to deal with her. Explains the incompetent behaviour seeping down through the ranks though

@ParadigmHousing what are you doing about your staff taking illegal photos of a vulnerable single female tenant in her nightwear and of her personal private paperwork in the privacy of her home without her knowledge nor permission. Absolutely disgusting and illegal.

@PhyllBuc Thank you! I naively thought all would be fine once we got a new house. The new house came & the fallout has blown me away. I wouldn't recommend anyone take legal action as I did - it was at the expense of my children's childhoods, innocence & mental health! #ukhousing

@DJPalsyP Beyond the original damp house, the temporary house they put me in for 6 months didn't have a valid gas safety certificate and the front door barely shut. Have the Environmenal Health reports to prove it. So glad to be rid of Paradigm Housing #socialhousing #ukhousing

Sorry I've not been on here much. Had to take a second job (contract) to survive #UniversalCredit #Poverty as I now only keep £37 of every £100 I earn pre-tax and NI. I'm self-employed and earn minimum wage. I'm exhausted and still can't afford to pay the bills! #SingleParent

@insidehousing @MB4Paradigm Before reading this article, it's worth noting that Bailes attempted to get me to sign a NDA (gagging order) and got a Solicitor to send a faux 'cease and desist' request. He doesn't like Twitter or the media knowing his true behaviour. Using Paradigm's money to save his career.

@nearlylegal @TimMorton2 Going through temporary accommodation again - argh! My advice would be to just walk away from the property with disrepair. It's too expensive, stressful and life destroying trying to solve these problems. I spent thousands and ruined the lives of my children to achieve nothing.

@nearlylegal @TimMorton2 I paid 35% to my Solicitor. Even before the 35% my receipted financial losses were nowhere near recovered. The biggest blow was finding the repairs hadn't been done right as the HA were the only people to inspect. To anyone considering going legal 'who will check work' is crucial
