Another problem with your services is customers can only talk to call center person who doesn't have much of authority. They just escalate the problem from there end and nothing happens!

Also worth mentioning is you call center people don't have any authority and they just show us that they are escalating our complaints. I definitely wanna talk with some higher authority about this because this is absolutely frustrating! (5/5)
