These heavy tiles have been fallen out of nowhere from the washroom ceilings and now they don't even take the responsibility for this as this does not comes under their SOP, luckily no one was hurt but what if someone gets hurt?

Also my insurance policy is cashless with ZERO Depreciation but the workshop is asking for us to do the Full bill payment at once and take the car.
