Update: We have received phone transcripts of Collin’s interaction with this person, and it ultimately proves the alleged suspicions. We won’t be sharing any details, however Collin did identify himself & attempted to solicit NSFW content after repeatedly being told no.

Finally, we would like to make it clear that harassing victims is never okay, that a victim’s word should be enough for you to listen, and your personal desire for evidence and proof is selfish and disrespectful. It’s not about you, or your relationship with the perpetrator.

These are the kinds of attitudes we’re trying to break. We stand with victims. This rhetoric is what makes it harder for others to share their experiences. We are not engaging with you any further.

It’s not up to us, his former band members, to establish proof. That’s on Collin, it’s his responsibility to clear the air if he believes he is innocent. And if this is your first reaction to hearing stories of sexual misconduct, we have nothing else to talk about. Learn empathy.

@kissee_kiss We simply reacted to claims that were made about him, and are choosing to stand with the victim. Until there is a concrete reason for us to believe he is innocent, were not going to silence a victim.
