@VW Disappointed with @VolkswagenIndia service. Approved estimate ₹38k, billed ₹60k without consent. Tyres replaced w/o approval, not returned, excuse of “fire.” Dirty interiors, unresolved alignment. Transparency & accountability missing after 6 yrs of trust. #CustomerRights
@volkswagenindia Am sure you would have… Unfortunately people buy brands because of their brand value but I had bought it out of love for the brand. Services like these ruin the experience.
