This is unacceptable. A vehicle that can't even turn on and a support system that won't let customers raise a complaint is a complete failure.

After spending lakhs on an Ola Electric scooter, this is the support customers receive.
My scooter is completely dead:
• Black screen
• Won't start
• Reboot doesn't work
• Charging doesn't work
• App can lock/unlock, but the scooter is unusable.
