@sharrond62 The Home unions have all passed rules to stop that though, haven't they? So if ineligible players are fielded the team will face sanctions starting from forfeiting the match.
@boots_bike The TROs are all on https://t.co/u6CIxf5pNN
Just see if there's anything for that stretch of highway prohibiting cycling from May to September.
@HeidiBachram@TravelodgeUK@TravelodgeUK , an explanation would be really timely and welcome. You don't need more bad press after failing to safeguard women travellers. Now it appears that your company is anti-semitic, too. @GoldmanSachs
@LloydCymru I know it'll be of no comfort, but traditional resorts on the south coast of England do tend to cope better with litter (but they also charge for street parking on bank hols). I've been in Eastbourne and Brighton/Hove for this month's BHs - the councils clear the bins regularly.
@CapelLofft Y Sulgwyn (white Sunday) is hanging on better in Welsh than Whitsun in English. Pentecost accurately earmarks Day 50 of Easter, doesn't it? Anyway, pascha (<Hebrew) for us would cover the whole Paschal Triduum. This equates to the Welsh Pasg, but not the English Easter.
@helena_horgan@JoPhoenix1 The sacking was on the grounds of Some Other Substantial Reason, as opposed to the four traditional fair categories for dismissal: conduct, capability, redundancy, or illegality.
@tribunaltweets Any chance MCC will bring a deal to the table between now and September? This ET can't exactly be covering the council in glory, can it?
@luptonn@carlafrancome Wightman Road is intimidating enough as a driver; sticking to 20mph, slowing for the constant wretched humps, all the while being tailgated by SUVs. I can't imagine how stressful cycling that would be.
@ifanmj And one party has a blocking minority to prevent 6.14.(iii) being suspended. So in other words, once the new executive is formed, the first Deputy will have to be a Plaid Cymru MS. (Unless it's a cold day in Hell, and the blocking minority relents.)
@RichardOsley That won't work. Only a candidate's death after the withdrawal deadline would nullify an election, and you can't hand the seat to the lucky loser. As it is the only options are quit the day job, or resign and hold a (single vacancy) by-election.
@Muinchille Instead A* is 192 points, with a bonus 24 points for a *fourth* A-level at A* or A (yes, there is a bonus 25 points for A-level Maths). So, the standard offering of 3 A-levels in the NI system yields a maximum 601 points (inc Maths).
@Muinchille Fairness means equity across the exam systems, though. Shouldn't the maximum available CAO points for A-level grades A*A*A* be pegged to the same points for 6 H1s at Leaving Certificate? So each A* would be worth 200 points (with a bonus 25 if you pass A-level Maths).
