It completely ignores the health risks women face when they get pregnant. Articles like this do real harm to real women.

Finished catching up on season 3 of The Durrells in Corfu. When so much on TV seems to be a display of violence and the worst humanity has to offer, this show is pure delight.

@mygirlsimple @AnneBogel Yeah, I hear what you're saying. I think a lot of lists like this in general are targeted toward girls because of the strong female role models and the fact that a lot of girls *still* don't have a lot of role models like that. Great for boys too though!

@mygirlsimple @AnneBogel I don’t think the intention is that it’s not for boys. I think the list points out books that may appeal specifically to girls who are sick of reading stories about boys as assigned by school, etc. At least that’s how I read it. I wish I had lists like this when I was young.
