@LeahDaisyy @pullandbear I’ve asked for a phone number SO many times too! They stole £350 from me- didn’t dispatch the items I ordered for over a month- ‘stock issues’, I asked for the order to be cancelled after waiting so long, which they did, but then didn’t refund me MY money! Worst Customer Service!

@pullandbear 6 weeks later - still no messages of resolutions, explanations or updates - the only reason I now have peace of mind now is because my credit card company stepped in. I honestly advise people to never shop @pullandbear -they take your money, don’t dispatch items, then ghost you

Do not shop at @pullandbear !! Placed an order on the 29th of Dec, only 1 of the 18 items I ordered was dispatched yet they charged me the full amount! I asked for the order to be cancelled as it’s been nearly one month which they did- but they are not refunding me

They make it impossible to talk to anyone and their WhatsApp agents are so, so bad. Completely unethical the way they are treating their customers. I have been told 4 times that the issue has been escalated and literally no response.

@vinted customer service is a joke. I sold some mugs which the courier smashed so the receiver is rightly wanting a refund. But where is my protection or compensation? I’m being blamed as selling an item not as described as if it is my fault that the couriers broke them 😡
