@nohandsup This is why I tried highlighting the fact that the Govt/ media are focused on the starting salary of 'Nurses' but the campaign is #FairPayforNursing. Nursing starts at lower bands than 5, holistic patient centred care starts at Band 2!!

@LBC @NickFerrariLBC Lots of 'Nursing' staff (& me) do 12.5 hr shifts,we are only paid for 11.5. An hour of each shift is an UNPAID break. So instead of 3 shifts per week = 37.5 hrs we must do an extra shift to make up the hours because God forbid we had a break, how is this #FairPayforNursing ?
