@flyspicejet My flight was cancelled by SpiceJet, and now you’re refusing to reschedule, offering only a refund. The replacement flights are much more expensive. Why should I bear the extra cost for an airline-initiated cancellation? Please help resolve this.

@RailwaySeva Shouldn’t this be taken care of beforehand. Since the tickets for 1AC are manually allocated a day before the date of journey.
