आज सरकार ने अपनी इस जमीन पर वापस कब्जा ले लिया. हाई कोर्ट ने इस पर रोक नहीं लगाई. इस तरह सब कुछ शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से हो गया.

दिल्ली पहले तोमर राजाओं की थी. सल्तनत और मुगल काल में उनकी राजधानी को तोड़कर अपनी इमारतों, किलो, मस्जिदों और दरगाहों से शहर को भर दिया गया. फिर आए ब्रिटिश. उनके आर्किटेक्ट लुटियन ने नई दिल्ली बना दी.

आजादी के बाद सभी प्रधानमंत्री लुटियन के टीले को छेड़ने से बचते रहे. उन जैसी शानो शौकत में जीते रहने में उनको कुछ गलत नहीं लगा. लोकतंत्र आ गया, लेकिन पुराने रईस अपने ठिकानों पर जमे रहे.

मोदी जी नए विकसित होते भारत की राजधानी में पुनर्निर्माण के लिए जो भी जरूरी है, वो कर रहे हैं. मुगलों और अंग्रेजों की दिल्ली यादों में रहेगी. उनमें म्यूजियम बनेगा. बच्चे उनके अत्याचारों के बारे में जानेंगे. राजकाज नए बने भवनों से चलेगा.
