Just accidentally opened @MicrosoftEdge the first time on a local account after a recent windows reinstall.
Got a welcome popup asking to migrate from chrome and accept the user agreement. Could not close edge with the "x" button or Alt F4. Had to force task kill.

Anyone who is creating an industry standard or business grade program, PLEASE take the extra few steps to always have an option to install for local user only. Or at least don't add shortcuts to the public desktop folder.
