#NFTDay
If there is one tip I can give if you're starting out in Web3 is to focus more on learning over networking. When you prioritize learning in your initial days, you feel all the way more confident while talking to people and can ask for favors or referrals w/o being underconfident.
5. Share your work in public. Share your learnings, your meet ups, your projects, your blogs and every little win or failure with the world. We love to your work :)
3. Helping others in your community. It's one of the best ways to not only generate your proof of work but also getting noticed by potential recruiters.
Talk about the toxic part of the tech community. Recently talked to my friend that he went to a conference and how some people didn't really make him feel included. They'll have a surface level conversation and that's it.
It was such an amazing experience of sharing my words as a speaker there. Discussed some of the most important aspects of NFT'S in layman terms
