JCP Construction in memory of James Hitchcock Second Round action this evening as Horbury make the trip to high flying Tadcaster Albion.

The sides have met already this year, with a 3-0 win for tonight’s hosts, although that result doesn’t tell half the story that evening. Nevertheless, the boys will be confident of causing an ‘upset’.

A chance for the gaffa to get minutes in the legs to those who need it, whilst giving some of the 23s a well deserved call up too.

Tadcaster are offering a ‘magic tenner’ option for tonight’s fixtures which includes entry, a pint and a chocolate bar. Good value for money and a great initiative.

Can you believe that Saturday marks our first Saturday home league fixture of the season?! With the exception of the FA Cup tie, one of seventeen games in all competitions has been on home soil on a Saturday.

On Saturday, Dave Ricardo and his @BeverleyTownFC outfit are the visitors to the Pulse Hire Ltd stadium.

Whilst you can’t read too much into the stats, nine away games so far and the Beverley game brings up playing the top 13 in the league in 14 games.

Sam Kyeremeh, Sam Hobson and George Whittaker available too after all sitting out the Eccleshill defeat through suspension and rest, means player rotation from an almost full available squad can be had.

Thanks to Grassroots Games for sponsoring Saturday’s fixture as well. Arguably the best in the game at the minute for game footage.

The table doesn’t look good at the minute but the belief certainly is still there. We have quite a good record against Beverley too.. 👀
