@HistoryBowsh In October 1943 the Australian government decided to release 20,000 soldiers from the army so they could be employed in other areas of the war economy. In August of the following year it was decided to reduce the army by another 30,000 men and the air force by 15,000.
@realRick_AUS The suicide of the West seems inconceivable because it is so unprecedented. If this had happened regularly throughout history, we would be nodding and saying, "Ah.
@ACooperNZ@realRick_AUS We here in Australia are now getting very tired of our major political partyโs,who are now following a global Ponzi agenda of mass multicultural immigration
@CliveWardauthor@KurtSchlichter Itโs amazing to think that prior to the film Zulu being made in 1964 the entire British population would then have known more about the Battle of Megiddo April 1457 BC than Rorkes Drift 1879
Hitler was not a corporal. While serving in the German army during World War I, he was promoted to the rank of Gefreiter, which is equivalent to a Private First Class in the US Army. He was never promoted beyond that rank. The title of corporal is often mistakenly used to describe his rank.ย
Hindenburg actually coined the phrase (that Bavarian corporal) after the elections of July 31 1932..

@Normandy661944 Overall, Lord Mountbatten remains a complex figure in British history. While many recognize his contributions and leadership qualities, his legacy is also marred by the consequences of the decisions he made during critical historical moments.
@ChavuraStephen It all begin when both major political parties in this country agreed that multiculturalism should largely displace cultural selectivity in any future immigration policy.
