Disney Boardwalk’s Flying Fish Chef de Cuisine, Matthew Eiler, recently performed a culinary demonstration at the Florida Restaurant Show. During the demonstration, he unveiled a new seasonal dish that will be introduced to the restaurant next week.
This dish is just one of the seasonal menu changes at Flying Fish. The changes will go into effect next week.
Needless to say it was absolutely delicious!
While the items on the plate are heavy, they have a surprising delicacy to them.

That means you would have to eat 10 lobster tail halves, 10-12 crab legs, and about 52 shrimp.
Still, from a consumer side, it’s a great deal for a really nice buffet.
That’s an impressive seafood buffet!(Although the lemons are in a weird spot, lol.) From a business perspective, the price should still net a profit as lobster is $25/lb, king crab is $10/lb and shrimp is $7/lb. Would have to eat 2lb of each to hit the $80.
Dined at “Jamul 23” a brand new premium buffet at Jamul Casino in San Diego. They serve all you can eat lobster and king crab daily for $80 per person for dinner. Brunch is $60 which also includes AYCE lobster too. 🦞🦀
