cancellation fee will be issued and flights will not be refunded. The lady even said herself on the phone that it's outrageous and unacceptable however there is nothing she can do. After then doing some research on Love Holidays Terms and Conditions, it says on their website

I sent another email saying that we would like to cancel the holiday package (flights and hotel) as we have found alternative accommodation elsewhere which can offer us better flights times as well cheaper. I then on Sunday 21s Jan 2024, received a booking confirmation for this

stating the the conversation we had over the phone and I replied to them at 14:10 Saturday 20th Jan 2024 to say this is very disappointing any frustrating, do you have our room available on any other dates in June where it won't be an extra cost. Later that day at 21:14

I was out at the time so I said please can you kindly call me back later or email this so I can look when I get home and also allow me to discuss with the person I've booked this package with so we can made a decision on the next steps. I received an email at 12:54pm

Booked with Love Holidays on Friday 19th Jan 2024. Received a call on Saturday 20th Jan 2024 from Love Holidays saying the room we've booked is no longer available and that there is an alternative room available however won't have a balcony and weirdly will be at an extra cost.
