Extremely disappointed with @airindia’s Maharaja Club Family Pool!

Am Maharaja Club Gold member; was told by call centre to add child’s minor a/c to family pool to combine our miles.

Family pool is paid!

After payment - they said child a/c is ineligible! And refuse to refund!
