@pimp0rd@Homely_1_Kenobi@vgman94@zainfadhel4@chelseaperetti@BurgerKingUK The people who would be empowered by that would be more dangerous than the people who know how to be decent humans, and is more damaging than how much it would help to give $10k to every black youth approaching them. Racism doesn’t end with payoffs, that’s not the whole problem.
@pimp0rd@Homely_1_Kenobi@vgman94@zainfadhel4@chelseaperetti@BurgerKingUK Encouraging people “hating black people” in this example would do more damage than even $100k, even if it helps that one person, the people empowered to harm others would cause much more harm. Sure $10k is nice, but would it be worth extending racism in your example?
@franmm127 I believe that Peach, Bowser, and Mario are all aware that this is just a ploy to entertain the Mushroom Kingdom (or even 4th wall breaking, know it’s just a game), and they just play it up to make it feel real
@MightyKeef Personally, there’s a reason “old-school JRPGs” are that, old. Grinding to beat the harder bosses isn’t really a challenge, it’s a chore. Instead of finding tactics to win the battle, it’s just making your numbers bigger than theirs by beating up slimes endlessly. No fun for me.
My 3 year old wanted to play rock-paper-scissors, so I kept using rock until he finally stopped throwing paper. It took him around 8 times to change it, but he did learn eventually!
