@sagethethird Thank you so much. I was just so taken aback because I couldn't move around well and it felt embarrassing to ask an attendant to get my cane. It collapsed small too but I guess it wasn't small enough. I'm sorry you've also experienced this behavior from them. 😞

Was very alarmed today when I boarded my 2nd @united flight and an attendant took my cane from me. They proceeded to put it in an overhead bin so I was unable to get it in the event of needing to use the bathroom. So I just didn't pee the whole flight and was stuck in my seat. 🫠
