Look at the incompetency of Indian Railway. Just few minute before of scheduled departure they came to know that train is delayed by 2 hrs😂.

On digital platform the train is on time, on physical platform train’s is delayed by 2 hrs.

@irdainsurance please take cognisance of the matter and impose strong guidelines for customer experience.

It just not about non receipt of policy copy. You are the most unresponsive company in insurance world. Your call center hold me thrice for more than 5 mins, no expected wait time communicated. Your board line number picked up only once thereafter it was hang up no response.

मंदिर के पुजारियों को दूसरी जगह ���ाने को कहा तो उन्होंने हमेशा की तरह सूत की रस्सियों से सीमांकन कर दिया और कहा हम कही नहीं जाएंगे द्वारकादिश का तो जन्म ही ऐसे तूफ़ान में हुवा..💪
