@British_Airways Thank you. I have read all these on line previously but it still doesn’t confirm whether people travelling in club using a companion ticket can access the club lounge.

[Jennifer Parsons @ParsonsJennifer]

@British_Airways can you please advise whether if you have booked a club class ticket using a BA companion ticket, you are able to access the club Lounge at Heathrow and other airports

[Jennifer Parsons @ParsonsJennifer]

@GeraldLoughlin2 @BBCLauraKT I appreciate I’m lucky to have a roof over my head and I appreciate people are facing difficult times ahead. You don’t know what my financial or living situation is, all I’m trying to say is that we are all so much luckier than those suffering in Ukraine and other countries.

@HighwaysSurrey Is it open now Tuesday 22nd

Wrong decision #Strictly

[Jennifer Parsons @ParsonsJennifer]

@British_Airways Does this mean I should just carry it in. Confusing advice for public here.

[Jennifer Parsons @ParsonsJennifer]

@British_Airways Also friend enquiries about carrying suit on board and was told yes but preference given to wedding dresses!!!!

[Jennifer Parsons @ParsonsJennifer]

@British_Airways Cld u explain how it would be a trip hazard if it were folded in three and strapped into a window seat???

[Jennifer Parsons @ParsonsJennifer]

@British_Airways Plus they wanted to charge me more than I would pay for the seat than if I bought it online. no customer care here (end)

[Jennifer Parsons @ParsonsJennifer]

@British_Airways What a crazy situation and very unhelpful at what is already a stressful time leading up to wedding (6)

[Jennifer Parsons @ParsonsJennifer]

@British_Airways So I can't put my dress in a seat which I've paid for but an overweight person could buy the seat with no questions. (5)

[Jennifer Parsons @ParsonsJennifer]

@British_Airways excuse me?I could easily lay the dress on the seat, fasten seat belt, and fold dress over. But no not good enough for BA (4)

[Jennifer Parsons @ParsonsJennifer]

@British_Airways In short after several phone calls and a 10 day wait they said I could buy the seat if the dress was in a box 65x45 cm. (3)

[Jennifer Parsons @ParsonsJennifer]

@British_Airways to put in to. The dress is in a dress carrier but can be folded like a suit carrier (3)

[Jennifer Parsons @ParsonsJennifer]

@British_Airways Won't fit in hand luggage and don't want it to go in hold. rang customer services to see if I could purchase a seat (2)

[Jennifer Parsons @ParsonsJennifer]

So disappointed with @British_Airways. Trying to take my daughters wedding dress on flight to Europe. (1)
