FSSAI deserves appreciation for its recent crackdown on food adulteration and misleading advertisements. This is the kind of decisive enforcement that was missing for years. A strong food safety ecosystem needs consistent action, not just regulations on paper.

Kudos to Mr. Tukaram and the entire FSSAI team for taking these important steps. Hoping this momentum continues and leads to lasting change across the food industry.
