4) One other source of income which should not be related to stock market.

2) if living expanse is one lakh pm then 24 lakhs as a backup in your bank account, in case you can not make any money for 2 years from trading.

3) To generate 1 lakh pm, you need another 30 lakhs for 3-4 % roi
