During my college days, I had come across an individual who was paying an income tax cess of INR 10 Lakhs. I used to wonder wow, this is the CTC of most people and this person just pays cess of this amount.

Beyond all the futuristic stuff crypto sells, if one has Apple shares today vs Bitcoin as an asset class, with Apple you have $100 b of real-world income per year.
I think many Indian crypto investors accidentally got lucky due to TDS & Tax on Crypto announcement this budget in Feb. Activity & participation dropped significantly immediately. If not, many could have potentially been trapped trying to buy the dip & then averaging down. 1/3
