This is unbelievable!! Supreme Court judges made forgery legal in India.

After this judgement, nothing can stop wives from forging bank, passport, loan and other documents.

This is the case of a old activist of Bangalore. What outraged the judges?

"How dare a man give such a relentless fight for 15 years to teach the woman a lesson? How dare he?" This is the mindset.

If child's best interest is all that matters, then why Supreme Court judges are sleeping over shared parenting and other children related PILs for last 6 years? Why?

India has a fetish for everything female led. This has been going on for sometime and it has reached it euphoric stage now. All women railway station, all women flight crew etc. Ok go ahead and create all women regiment and all women border force, why only men has to die at the border!

A 26-year-old man forms a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl with her consent. What will you call it? Grooming and rape. Isn't it? Certainly not love.

Today Bombay HC granted bail to the man by observing that the relationship was made due to love and not lust, and the minor girl consented to it. Court also said that the boy, too, is of a tender age (26 years, tender?).

What explains this kind of leniency when the IPC clearly says that any sexual relationship with a minor is rape, even with consent? There are no ifs or buts about it. From where does this love/lust angle come? Then they expect people to respect the judiciary with their eyes closed.
