Not at all happy with the response from Mi Service Team. Brought 55" TV on 16/8/19. The panel is defective and complaint lodgged on 5/9/20. Not getting any response to my request where I need to escalate this matter to CRM head. @MiTVIndia @XiaomiIndia @manukumarjain

Alert- @MiTVIndia @XiaomiIndia you have a detractor customer. The panel (85% of new TV) goes off in 2 years and 10 days (safely outside the purchased warranty period by 10 days only). Instead of looking of product quality, @MiTVIndia interested in selling instead. @manukumarjain
