धर्म बदला तो आरक्षण का लाभ नहीं, सुप्रीम कोर्ट का बड़ा फैसला

हिंदू से इस्लाम धर्म अपनाने वालों को पिछड़ा वर्ग (OBC) का आरक्षण मिलेगा या नहीं इस पर तमिलनाडु सरकार की तरफ से लगाई गई याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फैसला सुनाया है. कोर्ट ने कहा है कि हिंदू सामाजिक व्यवस्था के पिछड़े वर्ग या अनुसूचित जाति का व्यक्ति दूसरा धर्म अपनाने के बाद आरक्षण का लाभ नहीं ले सकता. हिंदू सामाजिक व्यवस्था के पिछड़े वर्ग या अनुसूचित जाति से संबंधित व्यक्ति किसी अन्य धर्म को अपनाने के बाद आरक्षण का लाभ पाने का दावा नहीं कर सकता.  धर्म परिवर्तन के बाद हिंदू सामाजिक व्यवस्था का पिछड़ापन दूसरे धर्म में स्थानांतरित नहीं हो सकता. कोर्ट ने आगे ये भी कहा कि किसी व्यक्ति का सामाजिक पिछड़ापन धर्म परिवर्तन के बाद हिंदू सामाजिक व्यवस्था से गैर-हिंदू सामाजिक व्यवस्था में स्थानांतरित नहीं हो सकता.जस्टिस पीके मिश्रा और जस्टिस श्री चंद्रशेखर की पीठ ने मद्रास हाईकोर्ट के फैसले को बरकरार रखा है. हाईकोर्ट ने तमिलनाडु सरकार के उस फैसले को रद्द कर दिया था, जिसके तहत इस्लाम अपनाने वाले व्यक्तियों को पिछड़ा वर्ग मुस्लिम श्रेणी में आरक्षण का लाभ देने की अनुमति दी गई थी. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने तमिलनाडु में धर्म परिवर्तन के बाद पिछड़ा वर्ग का दर्जा देने से जुड़े मामले में ये फैसला सुनाया है.

Waving or hoisting the Indian flag is not a crime. But using it as a shield to justify violence, promote anarchy, or threaten India’s unity and territorial integrity is a serious matter. That is where the line must be drawn.

Similarly, page 4 of the PFI document titled India 2047 mentioned using the national flag, the Constitution, and BR Ambedkar to conceal its real intentions of establishing Islamic rule and to reach out to SCs, STs, and OBCs.

A strategy doesn't become invisible just because it's wrapped in respectable symbols.

They must be 'Cockroach' who must be behaving like this; I don't know much...They were on a protest for 36 days earlier. But will they create inconvenience everywhere?
