@mixedknuts@Alan_Alger_@ChrisPoole___ Why do you feel compelled to share it after it’s gone well then? Surely it’s far more interesting to discuss a current mispricing than claim foreknowledge where none exists
@EricZ116@stevenctilley@PlusEVAnalytics@ManOfTheLibrary Making it up in your head is not necessarily any worse than making it up in a spreadsheet. Just because a computer spits something out does not mean it’s veracious in any way. Most models are entirely useless
@ljtumelty@SP_2310 I made no comment about that specific bet. The fellas tweet implied you can’t have a good e/w bet at a short prices. Anybody with half a clue knows that is tripe
@SP_2310 Not relevant whatsoever. You suggested the bets were bad because they were short priced. A bet is good if it’s expected return is higher than the stake. This can and regularly does occur with short priced bets e/w bets
@betterbettor_@TheOracleBen@_chef5_ Nicking stale prices and arbing effectively the same. Why would AK care if the customer bets the other side somewhere else? Completely irrelevant as it pertains to the customers value
@TheOracleBen@_chef5_ Haha yeh fine to have a go at his response
I’m not supporting the bookie, I don’t care about them. It’s just a fact that ubiquitous restrictions means that pricing mistakes, concessions etc are far more common/generous and is a far more profitable environment for almost everyone
@TheOracleBen@_chef5_ Yes, they would change the way that they operate so that you could no longer win, or at the very least no where near to the same extent.
I also find his replies fairly arrogant tbf but feigning incredulity and crying every time someone on Twitter gets restricted is pointless.
@TheOracleBen@_chef5_ Good for you. I use the term colloquially. If an environment of no restrictions you wouldn’t win a bean. Be grateful and find ways to get on or stop whinging. You’re owed nothing
