@Mumsyme Of course the savings achieved by reduced sickness/absence, increased productivity, reduced attrition are much more and really where the main benefits lie. But it all counts.

@Mumsyme It's certainly a quantifiable financial gain of zero NI for an additional £166 per week, which challenges the perception that Jobsharing costs more and prompts the question "how much more is it believed to cost and does that number take into account this financial gain?"
