@GLA_Aviation No. They had gone summer seasonal towards the end of the last decade. 2019 was the last season and then COVID struck, and GLA was among destinations (also including MAN) not resumed after the pandemic. High landing charges? They are not Ryanair.

@GLA_Aviation Find it odd that they would visit an airport they were already well familiarised with (as opposed to a new destination whose facilities they wanted to recce) just to say "we're not interested" (in resuming a route).

@CllrTKerr @DonaldCMacleod All for more ambition required for Glasgow, but this particular idea is ill conceived. As you say, we're already a top music destination - commercial wise we need to be more focused on regaining ground where our crown has slipped: shopping, air routes for example...

02:45AM Trying to intercept rainwater in basins and bowls as it drips in from three separate points in the living room ceiling as well as trickling down the wall.

I have had issues with water ingress in the same part of the ceiling since at least 2014.

At this point PW washed their hands on the idea of a permanent solution and said they would continue to carry out temporary repairs as required. I warned that this would be a vicious circle and how could I get damage repaired in the knowledge it would happen again.
