@digitalbuda There needs to be a chart on this. 0 income tax is good but aint no difference if they have high sales tax. Hawaii is maybe still under 5% sales tax. Cali we got about 9% based on the county.

9 vs 10 and winner gets a game against 8.
If 8 wins they get a choice to try for 7 or just stay at 8.
If 8 loses to 9 or 10. Winner gets a choice at 7 or stay 8th. If 7 loses they play 8 for 8th. If 7 wins, 9 or 10 have to reply for 8th seed.

If 7th is 2 games ahead of 8. But 8, 9, and 10 are all within 1.5 games of each other. Then 7 is in and winner of 9 and 10 plays 8 for that 8th spot.
