@WeAreOpenreach We have done, we’re told it’s a ticket system and they’re waiting for a response. It was Kelly Communication who started the job - they promised it would be completed within 48 hours but that was 2 weeks ago. Please advise how we can make progress, @Utilitywaremal

@WeAreOpenreach We’ve been in continual touch with our provider but they’re telling us it’s down to @WeAreOpenreach! We can’t get an answer and just want internet please - we’ve now been without for nearly 3 weeks.
@virginmedia We weren’t given any prior notice to increase. I’ve spent nearly 3 hours on the phone trying to resolve this today. I’ve made a full & final payment and hope my account will be closed, sorry I can’t cope with the customer service!
