The Harris campaign had a theory of the election: that by courting moderate Republican voters disenchanted by Trump they could make up for the erosion of working class POC (angered by immigration & inflation) and Arabs & antiwar voters (angered by Biden's unwavering support of Netanyahu's Gaza policy). This theory failed miserably. I would suggest that the people blame for the failure are the campaign rather than voters. Jentleson, adhering to the code of omerta of Dem made men, refuses to criticize fellow strategists so he is left to blame the voters.

This does not match my reporting on Harris/Rogan. Big issue was timing. Harris scheduled to travel to Texas to do Rogan ultimately went. But Trump had booked show same day, and her advisers did not want her doing late night or early am. So negotiations continued but fell apart.

Everybody needs to stop pretending that democratic candidates and politicians are "woke" or for "open borders". These things are fucking preposterous. Identity politics/ political correctness/ race issues were NON-EXISTENT in this race. Biden and Kamala deported MORE PEOPLE than Trump and tried to do a right-wing border bill which was blocked by Trump.

Democrats don't need to shift right to win, they need to have their own narrative. The reason people's lives suck isn't immigrants it's big money donors who have bought the government and rig it against working people.
