Working in UC as Freelance from past 2 years but now the Company is FORCING US TO WORK under a new Scheme called SOM where we as WOMEN EMPLOYEES have to go to UNKNOWN PLACES , HOMES , HOTELS etc also serve unknowns plus places which are so remote also .
