@reliancejio Been 3 days with no internet. Despite multiple follow-ups with the branch & South Head, no action taken. Paid 3 months in advance & this is the service I get within a month. If delay in payment leads to disconnection, who’s accountable for these 3 days of no service?

My Jio Fiber is not working for past 2 days. this has become a regular issue and no proper response from your end. I have raised this issue with Suneesh and Ganapathy(Mgr). All my work remains stalked.

@HathwayBrdband#gtplhathway Mr.Rajan Gupta this is the heights of patience. I am getting continuous calls from your customer care for the past 2 months even after raising a complaint to stop and deactivate my account.if this doesn't stop I ll have to raise a complaint with the police
@HathwayBrdband guys can you please stop calling and disturbing. I have made it very clear that I am disconnecting the connection main reason because of the continuous calls but again I am receiving a minimum of 10 calls per day can somebody look into this

@HathwayBrdband I just received a call from +918095781384 customer service regarding disconnect & offers. So please do not assume & close the complaint raised. I would like to talk to the top most official regarding this as it is going beyond the limits.
@HathwayBrdband Sure but when you say allow us sometime I would like to know how long do you need. I have given enough time almost a month and I am still getting continuous calls which is irritating
