@airindiain I am trying to reschedule ticket for last 5 days. Today only, i called 7 times and each call duration is more than 50 minutes. Sometimes, when i am lucky enough to transfer to ticket department, in middle of reschedule, call gets disconnects.

1/2 Me and my family aprroved CoPR before March 2020. Excited to travel and settle ... unfortunately, due to covid 19, we could not make it. After re-medical, we got Authorization Letter and new CoPR and PPR in March 2021.
