@facts3431340@AJolie37809@_belikebaddy@Wizarab10@Bounty_tvr Yes every victim deserves support when they speak up & I’m not against that. Anyone that believes real rape doesn’t happen is just a clown. But I’m just always against people pushing the gender agenda rather than focusing on getting justice for the victims through investigation
@facts3431340@AJolie37809@_belikebaddy@Wizarab10@Bounty_tvr Yes I get you but I’m still saying that fighting rape isn’t about numbers and genders, it’s about right and wrong in a court they would use “the victim”, “the accused”, they aren’t seeing a man or a woman they are seeing a rapist and a victim, numbers don’t determine verdicts.
@facts3431340@AJolie37809@_belikebaddy@Wizarab10@Bounty_tvr Exactly!! you just proved me right, the “thief” isn’t gender specific so it goes.
But saying “men should control themselves” is you indirectly saying “rape is gender specific”
Do you get it now? Hence why I said use “people should control themselves” and not associate it with men
@facts3431340@AJolie37809@_belikebaddy@Wizarab10@Bounty_tvr No I’m not…you’re saying it’s right to call men out in rape cases because they are the major offenders (which I don’t dispute based on stats)
That’s associating a gender to an act and not just fighting the act, that’s wrong because we are fighting “Rapists” not “Men”
@facts3431340@AJolie37809@_belikebaddy@Wizarab10@Bounty_tvr Now you’re just not understanding, it’s not about the generalization but about the association of “men” and “rapists”
“Sexual offenders” are Rapists✅, “Men” are not rapists❌
Stop associating the word men with every Rape case
@facts3431340@AJolie37809@_belikebaddy@Wizarab10@Bounty_tvr And while more women may be affected statistically, that doesn’t mean every rape conversation has to be framed as ‘men.’ Rape isn’t committed by a gender, it’s committed by rapists!!!.
@facts3431340@AJolie37809@_belikebaddy@Wizarab10@Bounty_tvr That analogy doesn’t work because bird flu is a natural disease, but rape is a deliberate action by a person. You treat diseases by numbers, but you stop crimes by addressing behaviour and holding offenders accountable.
@facts3431340@AJolie37809@_belikebaddy@Wizarab10@Bounty_tvr So does it justify relating the general word “men” to rape cases take for instance in the US stats show that majority of armed robberies are committed by blacks, if an armed robbery case happens today and the white folks start saying “Blacks stop this act” is it racist or not?
@facts3431340@AJolie37809@_belikebaddy@Wizarab10@Bounty_tvr The moment you start introducing a gender to the discussion because they do it more you’ve shifted from fighting the act “rape” to fighting a gender, rape should be tackled as a bad act and not in relation to any gender
@facts3431340@AJolie37809@_belikebaddy@Wizarab10@Bounty_tvr It should be “people without self control” rape has nothing to do with the gender that commits it the most, there is a reason for the term “rapist” meaning someone who committed rape, it’s not called “the man who forcefully…”
@facts3431340@AJolie37809@_belikebaddy@Wizarab10@Bounty_tvr Check your TL properly and you’ll see people judging men for not speaking up about rape cases because some of them refused to give an opinion until an investigation is done. Except you’re trying to act like you’ve not seen things like that
@justjbb_@Jayflex2484@Wizarab10 So when a guy that is mentally unstable rapes someone please let’s connect the dots that he also needs help…Peace❤️
Note: I’m following your advice on how mentally unstable people shouldn’t be held accountable for their crimes.
