@Harry__Faulkner Lots of ppl here are a lil "special". TO had no snow last winter & a lot more rain since. Been yrs since TO flooded, not since rain gutters were unplugged from the sewer system. More concrete = less ground to absorb water. More goes in sewers & underground holding tanks are full

@amazonca last 9 days, instructions not followed on all 4 orders. CS (now overseas) called each time but pointless. Today delivered again to wrong location AND outside given 8h window (business). No compensation offered, had to ask and got xfer 3 times. Paying prime for what? 🤷‍♀️
