Pasadena Water and Power will be replacing two, 90-year-old water mains along Fair Oaks Avenue as part of a major water infrastructure upgrade beginning in March 2024. The project will span from Washington Boulevard to Montana Street along Fair Oaks Avenue. When completed, the upgrades will enhance water service reliability for the area.
