When you report an attempt with phone numbers and a name,
Is there any follow-up? I haven't received a call from MTN and no news!?
Is this normal, or should you go to the RIB for this type of case?

Hello,I have problems with "MISIC" parking lots. Still at Sundowner. While I owe 200frw, they demand 1200frw or more. I'm not the only one in this situation. I ALWAYS pay for my parking, I no longer accept being ripped off.
