One thing about me... MY MISERY DOES NOT LIKE COMPANY. If I know I’m in a shitty mood, I isolate. I’m not with pushing my energy on nobody else if it ain’t the right energy.
Men talk about “submission” all the time but completely lack being trust worthy. You’re asking a woman to let down everything for you and can’t even be trusted or respected. It’s not realistic
learning to be patient when the waves are not flowing my way. learning to be still in the moments that my mind is tempted to run. learning that just because concern invites itself to the table it does not mean that i have to feed it. learning that my inner compass is never wrong.
YOU CAN:
• Fight Their Demons
• Heal Them
• Give Your Mind, Body & Soul
• Be Loyal Without Blemish
• Support Their Dreams
• Nurture Physically & Emotionally
• Help Grow Their Business
AND WILL STILL BE UNAPPRECIATED. Materially corrupt & spiritually amuck. (Thread)
So if you’re a good woman & unappreciated, know that you’re dealing w/ someone who is either vibrating too low to receive, or dealing w/ trauma of their own that has nothing to do w/ you. If they don’t get it together, they not the one for you.
It won’t be overnight and that’s okay. Healing hurts and that’s okay. Having to walk away from relationships & friendships hurt, but that’s okay. I promise what’s on the other side of your Growth is something powerful as hell and you’ll cherish what it took to get there.
I said all that to say this. Self love is the best love. Your peace, your healing, your wholeness is the most important part of your life journey during this human experience. Then and ONLY then can you experience life and love at the highest level.
Then we have our black women who may not have had a good relationship with the father, so now she feels she has to either over compensate to fill that void or subconsciously search for that fathers love in every man she meets.
In addition, we have to also realize that most of our black men grew up not seeing their mother loved properly. David Banner said it best, a lot of us don’t know what Love REALLY looks like, so WHEN WE’RE Blessed with it, we fuck it up by not being able to recognize it.
As Women, we need to remember that our worth is not determined by ANYTHING WORLDY. Not money, degrees nor titles. That doesn’t make you a good woman because ANYONE can have those things. If a person tries to reduce your worth to something that can be purchased THEY AINT SHIT
Our generation has become so in tune with the flashy lifestyle and this worldly shit to the point where we are now OUT OF TUNE with what matters most! I’d take a genuine person with a beautiful spirit and amazing character over someone who is PAID but evil, dark, toxic & chaotic
If you notice, most of these things are PRICELESS. It doesn’t involve how much money someone makes, or anything materialistic for the most part. It involves spirit, character, skill or All tree of em. You cannot put a price on being a GOOD WOMAN.
YOU CAN BE:
• Authentic & Genuine
• Submissive & Sweet
• Smart
• Witty When Need Be
• Spiritual & Cultural
• Basically THE SHIT
AND WILL STILL BE UNAPPRECIATED.
YOU CAN:
• Cook Gourmet 5 Star Meals
• Clean good like Molly The Maid
• F*** like a Pornstar
• Make love like a wife
• Massage a nigga feet & toes
• Come back up and massage the head and ears
• Be A Comedian a KeKeKee
AND WILL STILL BE UNAPPRECIATED.
Being raised in the hood which I call home has made me into the man I am today. It has helped me build character, ambition, and determination. Becoming a father has changed my life in so many ways. From the bond that we share to the sleepless nights. Fatherhood is love!
