I've been a Christian for over 40 years. To say I'm crestfallen at what I've seen from professed believers over this decade is a vast understatement. The embrace of cruelty, deceit, pride, greed, and oppression is a sin of such astonishing measure, I can't wrap my mind around it.
In 1994, my parents left Ukraine for the US to escape from Soviet philosophies, the corruption & to find a better opportunity. It is beyond insane to watch as the practices & backwards thinking of Russia trickle into the US all thanks to the election of 2016. Terrible and sad.
in the last 10 days the Supreme Court has ruled that the president can do crimes, bribery is legal, agencies have no actual authority, and also that the homeless can be thrown in prison for the crime of not having a home.
The Supreme Court has just lifted 40 years of government regulation removing oversight in most public life: aviation, food, drugs, etc……. Think about that as you board your next Boeing flight.
@AdamParkhomenko Embarrassing. No better than Trump. Disturbing how many of these politicians are so weak when it comes to Putin and other authoritarian figures.
Vladimir Putin looked at Donald Trump as a weak man who would do anything for power.
Donald Trump looked at Republican Party as weak men and women who would do anything for power.
Both were right.
A major American political party is now compromised and extending Russia’s power to attack the West.
Nothing like this has ever happened in American history. Until we acknowledge it and respond, what it means to be an American will die a little more each day.
@SarahPalinUSA Mind boggling. Siding with a former KGB agent who despises the United States. Truly unbelievable. MAGA republicans are sounding like my relatives that live in Russia that hate the west. The MAGA movement truly is anti-American. Absolutely ridiculous this is occurring.
A Democratic Senator is caught taking bribes and the ENTIRE PARTY is calling for his resignation.
A Republican Supreme Court Judge is caught taking bribes and there is ABSOLUTE SILENCE from Republicans.
Never tell me there isn't a difference between the parties.
A former Tennessee state senator was sentenced Friday to nearly two years in prison for violating campaign finance laws while running for Congress — charges the Republican once described as a “witch hunt” before he pleaded guilty to them. https://t.co/3GjrO5jLvo
