@shas_kais The older 40K universe used to be more like this. A series of ongoing stalemates and endless frontlines that players could populate with their own battles. I imagine we’ll see another repeat of this on Armageddon. A shuffling of pieces across the board.

A unique attachment to a Custodian Guard squad for upcoming narrative play games. I wanted to imbue as much storytelling as possible for an otherwise limited aesthetic that Custodes have. I hope you enjoy.

これは、ゴッホの《星月夜》の渦巻く筆触を、
そのまま立体に持ち込めないかという試みです。

実は今回のゲルググキャノンの前にも、
印象派の色彩論理を立体で再構築する試みは
他にも進めていて、これはその中の一つ。

油彩の筆致が持つ「うねるエネルギー」を、
3Dの硬い装甲表面に転写できないか――
2Dの絵画的なロジックを、
立体の物理表面に翻訳するという発想自体に、
ずっと取り憑かれています。

近いうちに、この一連の研究について
まとめてご紹介できたらと思っています。

EYE OF THE EMPEROR kitbash. Retired, crippled Custodes who venture to the farthest rim of the 40k galaxy to spy for Terra, and gather exotic loot along the way. This one seems to have done superbly well for himself. Inspired by this 90s Inquisitor/Custodes art.
