@C0ldh0td0g @JagexSupport It’s crazy dude, I had something similar happen when it was RuneScape 2, my account got banned for botting but I never botted. Submitted an appeal and it was denied literally the same tick that I clicked send. Turns out my acc was hacked and they botted

@C0ldh0td0g @JagexSupport JAGEX ended up msging saying “yes we can see when and where the unauthorised log in took place”…. And that was pretty much it, they ended up giving me some tips on how to keep my acc secure and I was perm banned.
Didn’t get my acc back for 16 years!! Only plus side was my rares
