This couple moved to a Mobile Home Park. Some States have flaws in the law that allow the park to call Mental Health Services, which locks them up for evaluation. The Mobile Home Park can then seize their home and valuables under Abandonment laws. Some elderly are stuck inside there right now, while families believe they passed on. HIPA laws make it difficult to get info. MANY Elderly Scams now.
